Dr. Vignesh Dhandapani, PhD, serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Genologix Labs Limited. He brings expertise in oncology, bioinformatics, and machine learning, with a strong foundation in research and innovation. Dr. Dhandapani holds a PhD from Chungnam National University, South Korea, complemented by a master’s degree from Bharathiar University, India, and a research fellowship at the University of Birmingham, UK.
He has been honored with prestigious fellowships, including the Senior Research Fellowship by BTIS, DBT India, and a postdoctoral fellowship from the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Dr. Dhandapani has authored 40 research articles, holds five patents, and owns two software copyrights. His teaching experience includes educating bioinformatics and biomedical students in India and the UK.
As a member of various professional organizations such as the Bioinformatics Organization and the Society for Molecular Biology and Evolution, he actively contributes to advancing scientific knowledge and innovation.
